About

My clients are those seeking to understand themselves more fully (emotionally, cognitively, and socially) while also working toward intentional change based on their personal values and motivations. Whether the person before me is struggling with grief, with transitioning phases of life, or with loneliness, low-self worth, or anger, the unifying theme is that they all desire change, understanding, and a more hopeful tomorrow. I have worked alongside individuals from diverse walks of life, a myriad of cultural backgrounds, and who have weathered seasons of loss and trauma. I can bring to bear my years of experience in these areas to help you process grief, conflict, marital and relationship distress, and to foster confidence and hope for your future. Finding a clinician who is right for you can be difficult and stressful. My calling in life is to walk beside you during some of the most vulnerable and anxiety-inducing times of your life, so if anything I've said resonates with you personally, don't hesitate to reach out. That choice may be the beginning of a path toward understanding and healing.
